Actually, I would assume it probably takes CO2 (carbon dioxide) and gives O2 (elemental oxygen) lol but it should give $$$$ lol
and I like the new wheels your looking at getting Chris, but I still really like the ones you just had.

yes u are assuming right but the process gets reversed at night.....it takes in some oxygen and gives little carbon dioxide.....but no money

Here are some pics I took during the install of the V-LED Triton v3 switchbacks in my front turn signals!.
LEDs straight out of the box...
2 bulbs installed per side....
A mess of wiring. The Green is the jumper wires going from one bulb socket to both 7443 connectors (ground and signal+) The Red is the white DRL wire, which goes to an independent switch inside for full control The Purple goes from the 7443 to the control boxes The Orange goes from the control boxes to the LEDs The White goes to the head light low beam + to dim the white DRL at night You can also see that I left one regular bulb at the top of the pic to prevent hyperflashing (I later had to add an additional 194 bulb)
Here's the switch. It was from my Corolla days. I put a blue LED in it. It powers the white LEDs. It is connected behind the radio to the ACC power.
No amber or anything ugly in the head lights anymore!
DRL mode.... pure white 5000k! Perfect match to my CBI HID bulbs.
Very very bright.
Here's a quick video showing the comparison between stock and LED. LED is much brighter actually!!! I love it.
Hopefully better pics and video soon.

Thanks guys.. they are the most expensive LEDs also haha.
David, those buttons are the "paddle" shifters. Those are the downshifts, the upshift is on the back side of the wheel.

They're the first generation of paddle shifters... they work perfectly for me it seems. Downshift with thumb, upshift with finger. Modern paddle shifters were developed later and incorporated on the second gen IS.

So is the up shift button on the back of the steering wheel behind the down shift button so u can shift with one hand? or is it located on the front of the wheel on the other side requiring you to use 2 hands?

i think what he means that its a paddle that can be pushed both ways..
push back for downshift and pull forward for upshift
i think

Its not a paddle though, its a button. thats why I thought it was for cruise control. Atleast it looks like a push button?

Yes, Ishaq got it right. It acts like a paddle, push for down shift, pull for upshift. The down button is on both sides of the wheel, and there are two matching up buttons on the back. So yes, one-hand shifting (either hand).

lol, yes just a little Easter cheer It will be off soon.
I am using the "stock" wheels for the winter. But I've scheduled and appointment to have my BBS tire repaired today, and then I'll put them back on this evening! I am also going to get my first-ever alignment to see if that helps with my traction issues. I also need to do something about the exhaust, the muffler section is about to break in half

Damn Chris, haven't looked at your thread for some weeks now... but those are some pretty bright LEDs you got there! :O wow! Do they look awesome or what?!
What happened to you muffler btw?
As for alignment... that shit rocks!

Yeah I really hope that the alignment solves my traction problems, especially in the rain. The car drives straight and all, but I think the toe might be off.
Yes the LEDs are amazing LOL, I've always wanted something just like them
The muffler... well I bought the catback used, and the guy had polished it up. I didn't notice when I got it, but when I was installing, that one of the welds had a slight hole in it. I gave it a patch of JB weld, but it didn't hold long lol. Recently, I've noticed the car has gotten a lot louder (and more awesome sounding LOL) so I looked under and the weld and surrounding pipe are mostly disintegrated and it's starting to sag. A few more good bumps and I'm sure it will be on the ground lol.

Oh hahahaha JB weld lol! Any ideas as to how to fix the problem?
I can imagine indeed... do they have ballasts? Something like HID's?

The LEDs do have "ballasts" or rather drivers to power the LEDs.
There's nothing I can do about the exhaust, it's obviously rusted from the inside out. I'll need a new something... I've got the stock exhaust and my old axleback muffler. I can either get this muffler fixed, or what I want to do is have the stock resonator removed completely and put my old HKS back on.

Well I still hadn't washed the car, so I was going to yesterday, but then look what arrived!!
They look so nice in person, the finish is almost chrome-like, but really dark. Darker than I thought they'd be! I like it a lot more than I thought I would lol.
But I did wash the car after that pic (for the first time this year) and it's looking as good as before. But I'm driving 1700 miles this weekend to Atlanta and back, so the wheels will have to wait!
