Like the tints by the way, they do add a stealthy touch to the sedans. Did you tint the entire car?

In the Philippines, can you do pretty much whatever you want to your car? Front window tint is illegal here.

well, Black tops are kinda okay and easy to get here in the philippines.. but it is expensive with registrations, installations (especially since im no expert in installations)... it range from 50,000PHP to 70,000PHP. just do the conversion haha i think its around $1 = 43PHP

Yes, some even have what we call MANIAC tint where in you can't see anything inside the car even if the sun is high up! haha. I tinted every window on the car.. its medium tint..

now im currently having a dilema AGAIN because of the pricing of the engine.. i think now my best option is going for the 4EFE engine.. what do you guys think?

Does the weight of the car would effect the efficiency of the 4efe? coz from what i saw 4EFE engine is from starlet(dunno bout the spelling)...

Thoughts?

4EFE came from Factory in Starlets and Corolla's (3rd gen 4EFE that is).

4EFTE was factory engine for Staret GT.
One of my buddies owned a 4EFTE Starlet, blow me dead they can go for a 1300cc with a tiny turbo lol!

From you'r choice of a 4EFE, have a read of this. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_E_engine#4E-FTE)

Well, lucky for me there's this Toyota shop near my place. they have all the good stuff, and they even import engines!. Yes its complete with signals and universal fog lamps. haha

I see you've painted the grille and rear panel silver. HEY! I didn't that too! Way back in the day. I thought it would be "chrome", yeah I was a noob. I personally don't think it looks right on the blue color. Either black or blue should be used!

sorry this is the 2nd gen 4afe a had the first on in my 1987 fx corolla they both look the same
this is a 1st gen 4afe

it has small round spark plug leads the 2nd gen had square one and the top changed as you can tell. 1st gen was a jap market engine only as far as i know as it only comes in jap imports from 1986-1989 when the 2nd jen came out all over the world. and the 1st jen came out in injected and a carb its only a 1500cc but they go hard
