205/50 R16

Hi Guys,

Newbie here in the forums, im currently planning to use 16x7 wheels for ae101. I wanted to know if anyone has experience in using 205/50 R16. I know that 45 series will be the closest to OEM size but for the road conditions im in, i wanted to have a bit of a sidewall for any pothole protection. Also will that size be ok for occasional track use? Btw the wheel offset to be used is +43 or +45 depending on the wheels i will acquire
