| Hi folks just joined the site. I'm from kildare in Ireland and I have 99 1.3 corolla atm, about 7 years ago I bought my first corolla which was the 1.5 jap ae100 1994 which I absolutely fell in love with, I drove it hard for about 2 years before the starter, clutch, gasket and what ever else all went at once. The car I have now is grand but I put a deposit on a 1994 1.3 xli saloon Corolla thats got the jap bumpers so it looks the part. If all goes well and I'm lucky enough to get the car now I'll post pics as soon as I can, as it really is a fine example for it's year. Cheers | |

| Hi miib14 I'm not quite sure yet.. My first task when I get the log book next week is to put it through the NCT, which is the national car test in Ireland. Hopefully for example its not too low to pass other wise I may have to change the springs for the test. I also have a 2.5" back box ordered to fit after I get it through the NCT. Other than that I'd love to hear some advice or recommendations as to what to do with this car as I'm an amateur when it comes to this kinda stuff. Oh I also want to change the grill at some point or maybe just spray it black. THanks for your response anyway if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them | |

| There are alot of things that can be done to the ae101, just depends what route you want to go down. Have a look at some of the build threads and see if any of it gives you any inspiration? | |
