Help Engine Knocking - Ticking

So my 7afe starting knocking/ticking the other day. It started after my low oil light went on. Yes, I know. I shouldn't have let it get low. It's the first time I've ever let some maintenance slip by and wham!!! I will post a video on the noise. See below. (:37 and 4:04 you can really hear it)

might be piston or rod knock. try using thick oil like 20W50 dino oil, not full synth.

try placing the stetho on the block itself, not the head. in the head, all you will ever hear will be the cams and valves. they are noisy on A series engines by nature....

to determine if you have piston or rod knock, you have to put the stetho on the block and listen for that telltale sign of piston or rod knock.....
