* 4A-FE Engine light on *

Hows things,

The engine light came on on my Si the other day,
I checked it out in work today and code 52 came out which is Knock sensor, I unpluged the battery for a few mins and connected it again. After 15 minutes (driving 10 miles) the light came back again. The car is kind of missfiring every few seconds but its not constant. I know the knock sensor is detecting the ¨knock or ping¨but I dont know what is causing it. I would like to know exactly what to do.

Ignition leads? Faulty knock sensor?

Anybody got any ideas?

how many ks you done mate ? i would be looking at distributor, leads and plugs.
