Has anybody experience the dreaded sagging headliner, if so what's the best material to use to replace or repair it & how long will it take to remove/ reinstall it?

I just swapped the liner. Remove all the plastic trim, handles, light, visors everything attached to the roof and it should just drop down.
I was lucky mine is a hatch so it went straight out the back.

What about using spray adhesive to restick it? My headliner was more of a carpetboard, it wasn't something that could separate and sag.

Thanks Guys for your input, Your Lucky magweal, Chris sad to say mine is the headlining cloth that sags when it's cool out but is tight when it's hot out. I know it's going to be a pain to get out of a sedan but I was thinking on using vinyl instead of the cloth but still undecided.

I actually found that it was easy to remove the head liner when I painted it blue..... at least a lot easier than when I took it out of the IS300 lol. I know that my roof had the sunroof in it, so maybe that's why my head liner was different? Maybe there's a non-sunroof version of mine that you can find? IDK

Just fold the headliner in half to bring it out the front door
