It looks clean abit of a dent on the back door, wouldnt pay that kinda money for it tho! Surely you'll have to change the logbook to 1.6 any guard would notice it isnt 1.3

yeah i seen the dent my self, no i was thinking more around 13-15 depending on the car in person.

the solution there is dont get stopped ha, its not the guard that would bother me it would be how can a 1.6 pass the emissions tested as a 1.3.?

The emissions are the same i think. If you insurance and tax that as a 1.3 if get caught you can get done for fraud

how often though would a guard ask you to pop the bonnet.? and then how many know enough to know what theyre looking at if you did open the bonnet

Its pretty common to be honest, they know were all the tags,badges etc in the engine bay i met a guard that knew what a td04,b18 and even a k20 was there not stupid anymore
