HID Question?

What I want to know is whats the best 4300k, 6000k, 8000k,10000,12000 ?? thanks lads

Best light output is 4300k out of all those.  People tend to like 6000 for looks (will have a slight bluish look)

Stock lights start out at 4300k, and older bulbs tend to get bluer and dimmer over time.

4300k has the highest output (brightest) of all colors. 5000k is nearly as bright, and it rapidly drops off after that.

white light is best for visibility, the quality and rendering you get from white light is way higher than bluer light.

I personally prefer 3000k fogs and 5000k low beams for a perfect blend of colors. I think that 5000k is a bit blue by itself, and the yellow fogs help light up the road for an overall 4300k color.

Yellower light is best in rain/wet conditions, blue light is completely useless.

Cheers lads so which would you buy? i was told before to buy 8000k or 12000k? i don't know much about lighting  

Whoever told you 8000k or 12000k needs a bat to the face mate.  I personally have 4300k in both my cars.

Are you putting them in those head lights in your sig? They'll blind everyone unfortunately. Stick with 4300k if you want the best light, or 5000k if you want a pure white look. Are the fog lights in the grille yellow? If so, I'd probably go with 5000k. If not, then 4300k.

Haha they could well be they were probably thinking of the best looks, the lights in the grille are yellow okay cheers guys
