| Thanks all, think she'll look better once I'm done with the headlight repairs... they're not aligned right. So I'm repairing my old grille first, then fit the original headlights and then I'll take my time modding the new lights + grille. | |

| Ok back from holiday Just came back and already started with the wiring... tough job though, need to re-arrange some wires as I need to re-fit my alarm later on and the power folding mirrors need some adjustments too. First off, Ishaq you were wondering why I wanted to open up the OEM headlight, well because of this: Old New In case you were wondering, this is my GF's car, mine as you know is green My table outside at the moment Stealing wires from one loom, to adjust the other And a question for Scott or anyone else with the power folding mirrors, what is the red/green wire for? That is the final wire I need to identify | |

| Thanks! I really hope to finish the wiring this week, she needs a good clean too in the meantime and I want to fit the power adjustable headlights. Then there's the matter of the wheelbearing which needs replacing. Lots of work to do! Oh and I'm trying to get my hands on some repair shop manuals, they might come in handy one day | |

| Today I replace the driveshaft, since I heard a creaking noise which could very well be the wheelbearing. When I removed the old hub I could see rightaway that it should've been replaced some time ago. Nonetheless I continued the operation careful as ever Old vs New All loose, once again *sigh* And the old shaft from the inside | |

| Well that's all folks, for today, started this morning at 10 only stopped for lunch/dinner. The loom for under the dash is quite finished en most of the loom in the engine bay is in place. Tomorrow I'll start off with detaching the left mudguard en finish up the loom in the bay. After that it should be a piece of cake to put the dash back in. And then!... a test drive! oh yeah! But of course afterwards I will continue the other pending projects. One of which is the pre-facelift bumperset I bought my GF, it has minor damage, so repairing it should be doable. | |

But I couldn't figure out how to undo the wire harness from the car, so I had to undo it from the dash. I didn't even realize it was possible until now, and it makes way more sense to do it your way. | |

| Looks like alot of work indeed Chris! Oh.My.God! I can detach my dash in under 3 hours now including parts of the interior needed to create the space As for the black light mod, will get a how-to up and running as soon as my other lamp arrives (this one still needs the mod and I didn't take pics the first two mods) | |
