I mostly need connector pin out diagrams and ground/power splice locations, not sure haynes has that but if it does I'd be very grateful.

So I really liked the look of the corolla that the guy painted the roof black, can't remember who and I don't really feel like looking for it. But unfortunately I didn't have any black paint........and I've had a few beers. So...out came the yellow paint, neon green paint, and glitter clear coat. These pics don't do it justice, I'll get some in daylight. I think once the dash goes in along with a couple other bits and peices, it'll all come together.

The extractor showed up, didn't really want to buy one since I don't plan on keeping this motor past the end of the year but mine was cracked all the way through and so were all the junk yard ones I found. It's a magical piece, $74 on ebay. I'm expecting like a 85.6 hp per cylinder gain with this super high quality wonder of modern fabrication. It's too cold for my dainty hands outside so I'll install it later this week and post some pics.

Manifold looks sweeet. I'd through some high heat clear coat on the welds and parts you wanna keep shiny, just to keep rust away, but that's just me

Yes, please don't ever take me seriously. With 210k I'm not sure I even have 86 hp lol. Well, how does everyone feel about green?

It wasn't my first choice but it's supposed to be the most durable of my options outside of black and that's too plain for this car.

What is that for??? Is it powdercoating? I have no clue how it works.

Im interested in seeing more pics of the roof paint job. and is that stuff for your vinyl dash? Cant wait to see your interior transformation.

The dash isn't vinyl anymore, once the cover is stripped off it's just fiberglass. I put the header on today but it's dark and I'll get some pics tomorrow. The green is nylon flock, it's a non glaring powder thats glued to the dash, when done proffessionally they run an electrical current through it so it will stand up. Mine is just primed, then an epoxy base coat goes on and then the flock is sprayed on. I can post pics of the whole process, might do it tomorrow.

So with the just the glue and a light coat of flock, it looks like this
But douse that bugger with flock and let it cure for a couple hours and you get this, it's still got to dry for another 15 hours before I can put it back in. I'm excited, just need black trim pieces instead of blue and it'll be hotter than tila nguyen in a seran wrap bikini

The dash is in, if you're one of those fit and finish everythings got to be perfect people, then this is not for you. There are good gaps between every part pretty much. It would fit perfect if you just spray the flock over the vinyl but that's not what I was after.I'm very happy with it, not as anti-glare as I had hoped but I'm guessing the color is the issue with that.
Can't wait for the coils and wheels to go on, tired of monster truck clearance and a severe lack of concern for my oil pan.

If any of you get the chance to drive independance pass in colorado, it's worth it, used to make the 4 hour drive from my hometown as often as possible.

It's not just green, it's fuzzy! And about 5lbs lighter. Don't you fret and lose slumber, the weird has only just begun.
