heyy everyone feels good to finally own a corolla I've been searching for a 5 speed Rolla & finally got blessed with one ") I'm 21 Puerto Rican and from jersey ive owned 2 Honda's 1 Mazda a Toyota tercel and now my corolla I'm looking forward to meet people on the forum and get ideas on how I can better my car I want to make it look good I'm not a fan of bodykits and big spoilers but ill update as I go , oh and my name is Jeffrey and as of now my car is completely stock

Thanks yeah I already started I definetly need shocks so im going to get lowering springs with them do you recommend a specific.brand ? Aside from coilovers I would appreciate it

and some may recommend Tein's, I recommend Megan, you'll get virtually the same thing out of both. But have fun with the car!

Nice! I'm going to Start looking up pricings ill start with eBay then amazon to get the best deal. I also need small stuff like a cupholder mine is super small and broken doesn't stay in when pushed so ill get that at the same time

Thanks do you know which has a lower.drop tein s or megan? I'm going to also search the reins to see which fits my pocket best lol

Megan's run about 200 to 250 shipped usually. IIRC the drop is about 2" rear and 2.25" front.

Tein's I've seen run from 200 to about 300 shipped. Rear drop is 1.4" and fronts 1.9".

I might go with the Megan's then and still use the kyb gr-2 Shocks Very Happy thanks a lot I'm trying to get a front lip but nothing to aggressive with little to no modding it to fit any suggestions? I have the stock 95 US bumper

Oh nice then that's pretty cheap that won't take me to long to get how about my 95 corolla isit a ae101 or ae102 and is it a 7th gen or 8th sorry for the newbie ?'z

they're alot of options right now im going to put it on hold because when i purchased the car when i turn the key to the on position with car off i noticed the check engine light didnt come up with the rest of the lights i checked my cluster behind it and it was missing the check engine bulb so i put one and now i have a check engine light, do you know how to check the code on a obd1? i noticed my gas mileage suckss!! i bet its because of the check engine light and the code behind it

i actually found how to check for the codes i had code 27 o2 sensor so ill be getting that replaced and hope my fuel mileage gets better
